Patch notes 31-07-2024

Proactive sharing is here!

• The Proactive Sharing feature now allows users to proactively share information, including documents and organizations (such as sub-suppliers), with other Agriplace users without needing an incoming request.
• When sharing additional documents or sub-supplier information via the "Supplier Portal" page, the user will receive this as "incoming information" rather than as a request

• Fixed a bug that was causing the preview of the Company logo to not be displayed in the Public profile page
• Fixed a bug that was causing the TRACES connection to return an error if there was a value that did not have a certificate

Improvements to Traces:

• Added validation error message when the user is not adding a valid value in the TRACES field

Improvements to Documents tab:

• The about filter with, the value of the organization you are viewing, is going to be automatically applied when visiting the Documents section of the organization details page
• Provided by column, is going to be hidden by default in the Documents, Own documents and Supplier documents pages

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that was causing the TRACES document to return a download error when trying to review it as a public document, after removing the traces value from the initial tenant

• Added TRACES database integration to the Public unique identifiers fields
• Added new Traces connection to the Connections section of the Company settings
• In order to be able to generate system documents, the user needs to give his Consent to Agriplace to access IMSOC data

Improvements to GLOBALG.A.P. sync:

• Only sync types on organisation creation if no types already entered.

Improvements to Settings - Design:

• In the top navigation bar of the application next to the help centre button, instead of showing the user account you are currently logged into, display the “Company name“;
• For both the settings drop-down & settings side rail:
  • Display icons for all options & reorder the options according to the design;
  • Renamed the following settings items & the page titles to the following:
    • “Invite your suppliers“ → “Invite my suppliers“
    • “Manage tags“ → “Tags catalogue“
    • “Manage users“ → “Team members“
    • The Settings side rail section headers from “My account“ → “Acccount“; “Company settings“ → “Company“
    • “General account settings“ → “Profile“
    • “Email reminders“ → “Notifications“

• Created a new settings page called “Security“. Moved the Two factor authentication setup section in the “General account settings“ to this new settings tab.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that was causing the GLOBALG.A.P. sync to not automatically sync organisation types in all languages besides English

Users are able to now rotate pages in PDF by using the Editing view (view attached picture)

• Added # of active substances field in the Measured values/results section, when reviewing supplier reports

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that was causing the organization caching to not correctly work for when updating the contact person, in the supply chain view
• Fixed a bug that was causing some users to be unable to open zip file, generated when downloading shared documents, because of the length. Now, the zip name format will be shared_documents_(date at which they were shared)

• Components with concentration = 0/null and no limit with % will not be displayed.

Improvements to Onboarding

• Users can now see an empty state on each page when there are no values in the table.
• Basic account users can now access new specified help center documentation contents for each webpage of free accounts.

• Lab Analyses - Supplier Reports Page: Fixed a bug that was causing the "Producer" field to not support multiple values.
• Dashboard Organisations Section: Fixed a bug that was causing the redirect to not work correctly with the "Supply Chain" view; filters were not applied.
• Supplier Portal/My Agriplace Supply Chain Approval Page: Fixed a bug that was causing the Supplier intake table not to be displayed when clicking the Share additional files or sub-supplier information with button

Improvements to request submission:

• Now the Send request for review? section also includes the documents provided in the Add extra documents section

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that was causing the Lab analyses review page to crash when selecting different tabs of the Eurofins reports or when going back on the review carrousel
• Fixed a bug that was causing the values for the Norm and UK MRL to not be displayed in the table, when reviewing a supplier report in the Lab analyses page
• Fixed a bug that was causing the selected filter values in the Compliance and Sample group sections to display the object Object in the Lab insights reports
• Fixed a bug that was causing the users to not be able to Set to done requests that contained documents which the tenant did not save to their account after responding to an Incoming request. 
• Fixed a bug that was causing the users to not see the organization details and all the other possible matching organizations, when clicking on a suggested matched organization when reviewing a sub-supplier intake

Patch notes 05-06-2024

Document upload improvements in Incoming requests page:

• It is now possible to browse from computer when uploading documents through Incoming request
• After submitting the request User can access the “Successful submission” dialogue modal to save the documents (and orgs if request includes a sub-supplier intake) to their account for easier future use.
• It is now possible to navigate to documents to be saved queue: a document preview pre-populated with metadata from the request.
• It is now possible to access the document to be saved queue from a banner on the Own Documents and Supplier documents page.

New supplier intake

• The "Products" and "supplier input columns" fields were added to the requests page;
• The "Name, GGN, GLN, CoC, Organisation type, Country, Products, Spot buy, and Notes" columns are shown enabled by default, and it is not be possible to disable them;
• Document provider can download template and upload completed template;
• Document provider can configure columns;
• Document provider can copy and paste values into a column;
• Error are shown in the supplier intake table in orange for the document provider;
• Error are shown in the supplier intake table in red for the reviewer;
• Click on the "MARK SUPPLIER REVIEW COMPLETE" button to mark the sub-suppliers as reviewed (the organisations will be created immediately);
• There is not draft organisations anymore;
• The "Review new suppliers" and "Review new documents" buttons will be shown to the document provider (Incoming requests page).
• Review new suppliers button: The users are redirected to the "Add organisations in bulk" page;
• Review new documents: The "Preview document" page is shown (ACCEPT or IGNORE the document).

Improvements to Lab analyses:

• Updated the Supplier report review window to new MUI design
• Now users can select any accordion, once they selected the Analysis type
• Sample and Variety are no longer mandatory fields
• For analyses type Migration test:
  • the Homologa values are not going to be selectable and they will need to create them
  • Product is not mandatory
  • Variety field has been removed
• Updated the Measured values results accordion:
  • when selecting a component the user has the option to select which measurement fields he wants to see by selecting the Add more button
  • clicking one of the selected components, from the Components field, will display the added norms/values for the measurements belonging to it
  • the selected measurements fields are remembered
  • the default measurements/norms are:

Patch notes 24-05-2024

Improvements to API:

• Included the matching requirements to the Compliance overview endpoint

Improvements to identifiers:

• Now the identifiers rows cannot be removed if they have a value in them
  Once the value is removed the field will no longer be displayed

Improvements to OnlyOffice:

• Updated the OnlyOffice to a Pro version. Now the users are able to have 500% zoom on document. This should fix a lot of the reported issues with documents 

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that was causing the requirements cache validity task to be stuck in a loop when a user logged in to new basic account.
• Fixed a bug that was causing tenants, that were previously Pro and got downgraded to Free, to not be able to delete an organization if it had an open request.
• Fixed a bug that was causing identifiers, other than GAP, to not be saved when using the Sync organization details from GAP

 

Patch notes 07-05-2024

Note: For all paying users the downgrade won't affect your account.

Summary:

1. Downgrade non-paying tenants to Free account
2. Downgraded Free accounts have access to Pro Upsell and onboarding feature
3. All the new accounts will be free accounts having access to upsell features and onboarding carousel
4. Pro accounts do not see the onboarding carousel.
5. The users can copy and paste data into single columns in add organizations in bulk page.

Downgrade non-paying tenants to Free account:

• Requirements & requirement rules will be stored / remembered but hidden.
• The compliance overview - required documents will be hidden.
• Requests do not go out anymore.
• No database connections will be available, except for the 10 pro-organizations
• GGAP email reminders will not be available.
• The connections page, Request settings page and API keys page are hidden.
• Global GAP notifications email reminders are available (without the first settings)

Downgraded Free accounts have access to Pro Upsell and onboarding feature:

• “Try pro benefits for free” button is visible on the organizations page.
• Upgraded pro accounts have access to reviewable public documents.
• Database extracts for all upgraded Pro organizations with identifiers will be generated
• All downgraded accounts can see the onboarding carousel.
• Onboarding carousel can be hidden by unchecking the “Show welcome page "checkbox in General account settings.
• Clicking the Help Centre button will open the side-rail having “Documentation “, “Provide feedback “, and “Getting Started Guide "
• Free accounts will not see the “Support chat” option.

Improvements in Add organizations in bulk page:

• The users can copy and paste data into single columns
• Added suggestions for the "Is supplier of" that also include the existing organizations.

Bug fixes:
Compliance overview page/Required Documents tab:

• Fixed a bug that was causing the users to not be able to see "Product-specific requirements" card when clicking the "Products" drop-down.

Summary:

• Bulk Extend due date for request is now available
• Added a new filter for when selecting organizations via from supply chain functionality

Improvements to Organisation bulk import:

• Moved the Main contact(s) below the Latitude and Longitude columns to avoid confusion

Improvements to Add form supply chain in document preview:

• Included Country filter to help users identify the correct suppliers faster

Improvements to Outgoing requests page:

• Now, users can extend the due date of requests in bulk
• Added a new Extend due date button when selecting requests

Improvements to Dashboard page:

• Removed the count of archived and spot buy documents from the Expired/Expiring soon supplier documents section

• Fixed a bug that was causing the GGAP tab, from organization details page, to crash if resizing some of the columns

Improvements to Incoming requests about/document provider field:

• In the Incoming request page, it is now possible to click on the organization names in the about/document providers fields, which pops the name of the About or document provider in the Search field on the Organisations table on a new tab.

• Improved the way columns are resized and re-arranged

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that was causing some users to get an error message when logging in from a bulk upload documents link

Improvements to All requirements export:

• The suspension reason column will now be included in the exported requirements overview

Improvements to documents suggestions - Incoming requests:

• Now, documents that have an expiration date smaller than the 1 month from the current date are not going to be recommended in the Incoming requests details page

Improvements to Compliance overview - Available documents:

• Removed the Done button
• Added ‘Add new group’ button at the bottom of the Customise columns modal window
• Table is updated automatically, once the user presses the save button after updating the document group

• Fixed a bug that was causing some users to not be able to delete documents that they have added to Incoming requests
