Full release note
Splitting GGN/GLN/CoC
You can now add multiple identifiers from GLOBALG.A.P, such as a GGN, GLN, or CoC to an organization. All these IDs will have an active database connection, resulting in:
- Sync organization details: When creating a new organization, you can select one identifier from GLOBALG.A.P. (GGN, GLN, COC) to synchronize organization details (name, country, address).
- Retrieve data from multiple GLOBALG.A.P. identifiers for organizations: If you have multiple GLOBALG.A.P. identifiers for an organization in your account, you can now retrieve data from all databases.
- Public profile: You can now add multiple GLOBALG.A.P. identifiers to your public profile, which enhances your company's visibility within the Agriplace network.
- The filters in the compliance overview page are split, while the filters in organizations, all requirements, and the requirements target groups section are untouched.
To improve the readability of the public identifiers section, some of the identifier types are now by default hidden from the view. If you want to see or add more identifiers, you can add them by clicking the ‘Add another’ button.
How will this split affect the identifiers that are currently in my organisations? The identifier that was filled in the GGN/GLN/CoC field will now be in the GGN field. This will not affect any other information about the organizations. If you wish to move identifiers to the GLN or CoC field, you can do so manually via the organization detail page.
Improved search by identifier(s)
We’ve improved the "Search by Identifiers" function. When searching for a batch of ID’s you will now quickly see the state of organizations, for instance, if they are active/inactive, spot-buy, not found etc.
This improvement will prevent you from not finding organizations through the search even if they exist in your account but are hidden because they are archived or spot-buy.
Note: This improvement currently only applies to the “All Organisation” page, and the popup within the “Incoming requests” page, where users can select their organizations to share.

With kind regards from your CST team,
Helena, Yoram, Laura, Chiara and Cas
