We're thrilled to announce that we've revamped the sub-supplier intake process. We have significantly improved data exchange between you and your suppliers, helping you keep your supply chains up to date more efficiently.
Coming soon: To save time and effort for both you and your suppliers we are also introducing Free accounts soon. Suppliers with a Free Agriplace account will be able to more easily manage and share their documents and sub-suppliers with you.

What is new on the sub-supplier intake?
We've overhauled the data exchange experience for both you and your suppliers filling out or receiving sub-supplier intakes in manual requests.
Your Benefits:
- Setting up the manual request: you can now choose to make the sub-supplier intake product specific.
E.g. you can request your supplier to provide you with information about sub-suppliers that only supply bananas.
- Customize columns: you can now decide what information you want to be provided with by customizing the columns that your supplier will receive.
- Request review: By setting the review to done, new organisations will be created and new information about existing organisations will be updated automatically.
- Request update: at any time, you can ask your supplier for an update about specific sub-suppliers.
Benefits for your suppliers:
- Selection options: when responding to a request, your supplier can use dropdowns in the table to easily select the requested data based on the information in their account.
- "+ADD FROM SUPPLY CHAIN"-button: allows suppliers with a Free or Pro account to easily add sub-suppliers already existing in their account.

What else has changed?
General:
- The page settings you choose remain unchanged when switching between pages including view of the organization page and rows per page (not available in the supply chain view yet)
Requests:
- you can now extend due dates of your requests in bulk
- we have relocated the "Set to Done" button to the bottom right corner, making it more visible.
