The compliance overview can be used to see all available documents from all your suppliers. And to see which documents are about to expire and need to be updated/require your attention.
By clicking on the button ‘COLUMNS’, you can add new categories to the Compliance Overview page.
You can add Requirement rule columns so you can have a clearer overview of which requirement rules are being fulfilled and which require your attention etc.…
Green means that the available documents are - Valid
Grey means that the available documents are - Expiring soon
Orange means that the available documents are - Missing
Red means that documents are - Expired
The slashes in the compliance overview signal that there are no documents available for that category. Thus, those suppliers do not have documents that fall under that category.
If you want to get insight into the available documents you have from an organisation, you can do so by going from ‘REQUIRED DOCUMENTS’ to ‘AVAILABLE DOCUMENTS’ (highlighted above).
Then enter the organisation you would like to get insight from.
If you would like to customise the headers you see on the left, click on ‘"View options" -> "columns".
To customize your columns, click on the little pen and you can edit the title. For this example, it will be changing Food Safety Certification -> Test 1
And you can of course add or subtract document types that suit your company standards.
Click ‘Save’ to implement your changes.
