Q. How do I delete an organisation in SCA?

To delete an organisation, go to the Organisations page, there, you will be able to delete an organisation by using the ACTIONS button highligted below.

There are a couple of prerequisites for you to be able to delete an organisation:

• The organisation can’t have any links to (sub-)suppliers. There will be a pop-up window indicating to you which links have to be removed.
• Any outgoing request to this organisation will have to be cancelled.
• All documents about this organisation will be deleted, with the exception of when there are multiple ‘abouts’. In that case we just remove the deleted organisation from the abouts.
