Q. I need to request documents from my sub-suppliers, but I don´t have any contact details of them. What do I do now?

Supply Chain Approval will trace down that sub-supplier and contact the first sub-supplier that can be contacted so that you can obtain the documents that you need.

For example, if you have 1 supplier and 3 sub-suppliers, you want to contact sub-supplier number 3 which doesn’t have a notifiable contact. 

Your main supplier (has a notifiable contact), sub-supplier 1(has notifiable contact), sub-supplier 2 (does not have a notifiable contact), sub-supplier 3 (does not have a notifiable contact/who you want to contact).

In this example, sub-supplier 1 will be contacted to provide the necessary documents.
