In that case you can mark the request as “done”, then you can suspend a requirement “permanently”, then the supplier will not receive the request about that specific requirement ever again. Another option is to archive the supplier so that both the requirement and the supplier will be deleted/archived so that all the requirements set for that specific organisation/supplier will not be notified anymore.
