Q. Why are my suppliers’ receiving requests for previously set “nice to have” documents?

The platform is designed so that the nice-to-have documents are optional documents initially, so we only send out automatic document requests for must-have requirements.

Once such a nice-to-have document is provided, an automatic document request will be sent out to that supplier when that document is about to expire.

Making that “Nice to have”/optional document a “Must have”/mandatory requirement."
