Q. What is a Nice-to-have requirement?

With the nice-to-have requirements functionality, you will be able to define which documents are not mandatory but would be nice to have if your supplier has them. Now when you create a new requirement on the requirement rule page, you can choose to set up either a must-have or a nice-to-have requirement.

A nice-to-have requirement does not trigger a request on its own, so only when a must-have document is either missing, expired, or expiring soon, a nice-to-have document is requested in that document request.

Once a document classified as a nice to have is provided by a supplier, the nice to have requirement rule becomes a normal requirement entry and automatic document requests will be sent once the nice to have document expires.
