Sometimes it is possible that you do not see the Global G.A.P. status. This can have multiple reasons. First, check if a Global GGN is filled in correctly on the page of your supplier. If the GGN is filled in correctly, check the validity of the GGN on the GLOBALG.A.P. database page (https://database.globalgap.org/globalgap/search/SearchMain.faces).
If the GGN is still valid, your supplier has sadly closed off his/her information from the Global G.A.P. database.
If you have a Global G.A.P. private bookmarking account, you can set up an additional connection with their database which will enable you to receive even more documents. For this, you need your Global G.A.P. login data and the O-key. You can find this key by logging in on the Global G.A.P. website. It will be on the first page you see at the bottom.
With the private bookmarking connection, it is possible to fetch even more documents; not only the public information in the GLOBALG.A.P. database. With the connection GRASP status, SIZA Add-ons, AH Add-on, GG add-ons and Tesco Nurture documents are automatically retrieved. Therefore, it is not necessary to send out requests for those documents anymore.
In addition, if a supplier has restricted access to their GLOBALG.A.P. data and denies public access, we are not able to retrieve their documents automatically. By setting up a private bookmarking connection, you create the possibility to access their data as long as your supplier allows access to you.
