Q. Can I save a sample as a document so it will be shown on the ‘supplier documents’ page?

Yes, a document can be generated when reviewing a lab analysis or when viewing a lab analysis that has already been reviewed by clicking the ‘save as document’ toggle on the right side.

Note: The ‘save as document?’ toggle is not available if there is already a document that was created from the respective analysis entry, or if the entry is archived. After clicking the ‘save as document?’ toggle, mandatory fields will appear that have to be filled in before the document can be generated.

Note: The ‘expiry date/ field is hidden during the ‘save as document’ process. In the document, the expiry date will be set automatically as the sample date + 1 year. The document provider will always be the user's company.
