2.2 Documents - Bulk Upload

It is also possible to add documents to the platform in bulk. To do so, go to -> Documents -> supplier documents -> + BULK UPLOAD

Upon clicking that button, you should see the bulk upload page as shown below.

In the field "Drag and drop files here" you can upload the supplier documents. Once you have uploaded the documents, AI can pre-fill the mandatory metadata for you. Therefore, Document type, Document provider, about and expiry date are automatically extracted. Of course you can still fill in the metadata manually when you click into a document. Additionally, if multiple documents have e.g. the same document type, you can select all of them and select one document type at once. 

The AI document extraction currently (06.05.2025) has a free trial, but only for a limited time.
