The 4 Pillars of Agriplace Supply Chain Approval:
- Organisations
- Documents
- Products portfolio
- Requirements – You are here (almost done!)
4.1 What is the difference between nice-to-have and must-have requirements
4.2 Setting up your requirement rules
4.3 Setting up your product-specific requirement rules
4.4 How to get client insights with requirement rules
Now, throughout your onboarding, you might have been wondering what 'Requirements' are. Requirements are bulk requests you can send to your partners and their sub-suppliers to automatically gather the documents you need from them to be compliant.
You can also set up requirements just to get client insight (check compliance based on different client requirements) but for now, let’s set up your first requirement!
There are two steps to go through when you are setting up a requirement: “+ Requirement Card” and “+ Target groups.”
Step 1: “Requirement card”; specifies which documents you would like to request about your suppliers.
Step 2: “Target groups”; is where you define from which suppliers you would like to collect the documents defined in the previous step.
