1. My tasks
A. Review link recommendations
Linking organisations to your company ensures a better experience for you and your suppliers. By creating a link, we will automatically fetch your suppliers’ public documents and automatically sync any supplier organisation updates (name, identifiers, contacts, etc.) to your account.
By clicking on this tab, the system will redirect you to the page where you can see all your linked organisations.
B. Review public documents
Public documents are documents that your suppliers have made public AND match your requirements. You can view all their public documents (not only matching your requirements) under the organisation details page -> Documents tab or by clicking on the button shown above.
C. Outgoing requests – to be reviewed
The number shown above indicates the number of your requests that have been answered by your suppliers. This means that you are now able to review them. Click here to see how you can review them and what to do with the documents.
D. Incoming requests – to be completed
Incoming requests - to be completed signifies that your buyer/suppliers are requesting quality information from you. To complete the incoming requests, please follow this guide.

3. Insights
A. Compliance status – required documents
This graph is directly linked to your requirement rules, so the text highlighted in yellow are the ‘Name’ in your Requirement rules, so the ones highlighted below.
As you can see the graph bar for ‘Trader’ is empty. This is because the requirement rule ‘Trader’ is an inactive requirement rule. We can easily fix this by using the filters.
After clicking on the ‘filter’ button you should see the image below.
Then switch on the toggle that says ‘Include inactive requirements’ to ‘Yes’
Click on APPLY
After you have done that, you should see the graph bar for inactive requirement rules as well.
If you don’t want to see the graph bar for inactive requirement rules you can simply click, ‘CLEAR ALL FILTERS’.
