Now that you are all set it is crucial for your suppliers to know that you will be using Agriplace as your new way of collecting documents. This means that we need you to send them a personal email letting them know that Agriplace is a platform to be trusted.

And then copy and paste the contact information to Outlook.

!IMPORTANT! When sending out the email to your suppliers be aware of sending it in “BCC” in your work email otherwise they can see all the other listed suppliers you have. By using BCC your suppliers will receive a personalized email only to see their own email addresses in the email.
