Through our direct link to multiple databases, SCA provides the chance to automatically collect data from public databases and generate certificates.
We always suggest to add as many supplier identifiers as you have collected since we are aiming to expand our database connections and can provide data as soon as the identifiers are available.
Please find below a table of the database and its generated documents.

The database extract documents for GRASP look like this:
Sensitive information has been crossed out due to supplier privacy protection.
You can view a supplier's generated certificate by going to Documents -> Supplier documents -> set a filter for 'document type contains any of database extract'
Or check the GLOBALG.A.P. status of a supplier by going to Organisations -> click on organisation name -> GLOBALG.A.P. tab. You can find the documents under the ‘documents’ tab as well.
Tip: If you have a private bookmarking account, we can also fetch documents such as Tesco nurture, GRASP status, AH Add-on, SIZA Add-ons and GG add-ons.
