Q. I tried to create a new organisation but the system tells me I already have that organisation. But I do not see it in my overview. How can that be?

This is due to the fact that the All Organisations page only shows you your active and blocked organisations.

The organisation you are trying to add to the system could be an Archived organisation or a Spot-buy organisation.

To see all your organisations on the page below, use filters.

By adding filters about the 'Column': "Spot buy" with the 'Operator' "spot buy and not spot buy".

Also, add another filter about the 'Column': "Spot buy" with the 'Operator' "archived and active"

Then close the Filters tab.

When you want your usual overview back, simply click on 'CLEAR ALL FILTERS'
