On this page, you can manage who has access to the system and set their role. When adding a user to your account there are 4 roles to choose from:
A user with the Quality assurance and review analysis and owner role will have full access to the platform, with the exception of adding new users.
Users with the Quality assurance role cannot review analysis results, but otherwise have the same capabilities as the role above.
The Sales & Procurement Role has limited access
Sales & Procurement Role
- Can only view valid documents.
- Can share documents.
- Can create, duplicate, edit, export, or delete assessments.
- Does not have access to the 'Requirement rules’ page.
- Cannot change the company logo or manage tags.
- Cannot send messages in outgoing requests.
- Cannot activate or suspend requirements.
- Cannot view documents that have not yet been reviewed.
- Cannot see requirements that have no valid documents.
- Cannot see outgoing and incoming requests on the Dashboard.
- Cannot edit the My portfolio page.
- Cannot receive Global G.A.P. email reminders.
However, a user with the sales role is allowed to share and view documents from the organisation details tab and from the requirement page.
This is for your colleagues to see which suppliers you are working with etc. So, your colleagues with the Sales & Procurement setting cannot send out requests or set requirement rules.
Only the Owner of the account can change this setting. There can only be one owner per account and has access to view and change everything within the platform.
