Dear customer,
The time has come, the lab analysis module will be moving out of the Beta phase 🎉 We are thrilled to announce that we have been working on a bunch of new features that will help you gain insight in your lab results. With this update, you will get a better understanding of how your suppliers are doing with regard to pesticide usage & microbiology. This knowledge will let you:
- Inform certain suppliers to not use certain active substances or use them differently.
- Set up a corrective action plan for risky suppliers.
- Buy from the best-performing suppliers.
lab module will be moving out of the Beta phase, thus moving forward it will be a paid module. Until the 15th of September, you will be able to use the lab analysis insights module for free to try out the new functionalities. If you wish to purchase the module, please reach out to our BENELUX sales representative Simon Elting (simon.elting@agriplace.com) before the 15th of September. After the 15th of September, we will disable the connections and insights module for each account that does not have it as part of their contract. With all the added value and benefits that come with this release, the
Good to know, we currently have a connection set up with Groen Agro Control and with Eurofins Zeeuws Vlaanderen. Thus, if you work with one of these labs, and if you want the results to come into your account automatically and gain aggregated insights from them, that can be set up for you.Important for us: for any future integrations with laboratories, it would be of great value to us if you could let us know which laboratory you work with specifically. Thus, if you work with Eurofins, do specify with which Eurofins lab. This will help us during future conversations with possible partners. Please let us know by answering this survey. This is what you can expect in this release.
- You can now get an aggregated visual representation of your lab results.
- Easily check compliance per product and origin by setting up specific sample groups.
- Pick what samples you want to include in the visual analysis.
Insights
When you open your Lab analyses page you will see the familiar sight, with the addition of the new tab called ‘Insights’.
Creating a graph
On this insights page, you can create your own graphs based on product and compliance level. For example, we can set up an insight showing what lab results for pineapples are compliant with the EU MRL regulations. The results show up divided by country and clicking on these graphs will show the individual producers per country.
You can set your compliance to check for certain regulations, for example, if certain results are compliant with the maximum allowed MRL by UK standards. But you can also customize these filters to see what lab results are compliant with your own desired percentage of a certain metric. Setting up sample groups
The last feature we want to highlight is that you can set the sample group for a graph, letting you specify the results even further. You can group the data based on sample date, analysis types, batch number, and more.
laboratory you work with through this survey We are excited for you to start working with these new features and we are looking forward to reading your comments, feedback, and suggestions. Please do let us know with which 😊
As always feel free to reach out to the customer success team whenever you have any questions.
With kind regards from your CST team,
Helena, Yoram, Otilia and Laura
