When to archive an organisation
If you are not planning on working with an organisation, somewhat permanently, then it might be time for you to archive the organisation.
Archiving an organisation means you also delete the requirements that were set for that organisation.
How to archive an organisation
Go to the "Organisations" page -> select the organisation you want to archive by clicking the checkbox to the left -> click on "Actions" -> select "ARCHIVE"
Next, a pop-up will show asking you if you wish to delete the "number of requirements set" by archiving the selected suppliers -> Click "Archive"
How to find archived organisations
On the Organisations tab, click on "Filters" -> "Archived" -> "Archived and active" -> Close
Once the filter is on, you will be able to view all your organisations + your archived organisations.
Your archived organisations will have the archived button on the left.
When to block an organisation
If you wish to stop working with an organisation temporarily we advise you to "block" the organisation. By blocking an organisation, you suspend the organisation for a period of time, thus you keep the requirements set for that organisation. Thus, when you decide to work together again with that organisation it will be much easier to resume your relations.
However, blocked organisations won't get any automatic document requests.
How to block an organisation
On the Organisations page, click on the supplier you want to block by clicking the checkbox to the left -> click on "Actions" -> click "BLOCK"
After that a pop-up will show, asking you to add the reason why you want to block that organisation (this explanation is optional). Afterwards, this reason will show when you hover over the blocked organisation.
Both active and blocked organisations will be shown on the Organisations page.
Blocked organisations will have the icon shown below.
