Dear users,
We are always hard at work trying to improve your experience with the platform. While this sometimes translates into big visual changes to our system, other times these small quality of life improvements are harder to spot. Today we would like to go over the small but important changes we’ve made that will make Agriplace even better to work with.
One improvement that we’ve made outside of the platform is that we put a lot of care into our new phoneline! For all of you that would love to have a chat, feel free to reach out on +31 (0) 85 48 973 33. We are able to assist you in Dutch, English and German.
Summary:
- We are very happy to announce that you are now able to delete organisations from your account 🎉
- We have moved some functions to the Action button.
- The way you manage user accounts (inviting colleagues) has been reworked.
- We have merged Supply chain and the All organisations page into one.
Full release note
Deleting organisations
Did you accidentally make a duplicate organisation in your account? Or did your colleague and you both add the same producer to the system? You are now able to delete these organisations from the system. You can do this from the organisations page, the compliance overview page or the organisations detail page.
There are a couple of prerequisites for you to be able to delete an organisation:
- The organisation can’t have any links to (sub-)suppliers. There will be a pop-up window indicating to you which links have to be removed.
- Any outgoing request to this organisation will have to be cancelled.
- All documents about this organisation will be deleted, with the exception of when there are multiple ‘abouts’. In that case we just remove the deleted organisation from the abouts.
Actions
As the eagle eyed among you might have noticed from the screenshot above, we have moved a lot of functions to the ‘Actions’ button. This is now the place where you can (un)archive, (un)block, mark and undo as spot buy and delete.
Manage Users
How you manage users have been revamped. The biggest change is that people can request access to your account. When new users create an account and fill in the organisations information of an already existing organisation (unique identifiers, email domain, company name), they will be asked if they would like to request access to that organisation instead of creating a duplicate organisation within our network.
The owner of the account will then get an email informing them that somebody wants to join their organisation. The owner can see all incoming join requests on the ‘Manage users’ tab. See the Red part of the screenshot below. Another addition to this page is the option to see your outstanding member invitations, which you can see in the orange part of this screenshot.
Supply chain view
As a lot of you have noticed already, the supply chain page has gotten a new home. We’ve added the button "view options" where it allows you to show the supply chain of the organisations in the account directly in the overview if you activate the blue toggle.
What would you like to know?
Besides the changes and improvements we highlighted in release notes, there are lots of small changes, bug fixes and optimisations that we add to the platform every week.
We would like to know if you want to be updated about these changes, and if so, how you would like to receive that information? Would you prefer an email or would you like to have a webpage were you can see the list? Please let us know via e-mail, phone or through our new virtual colleague Gary.
With kind regards from your customer success team,
Helena, Laura, Otilia, Sophie and Yoram
