Public Profile
Here you can change your company details on your Public Profile. We recommend you to fill in as much information as possible and add a logo, so that other Agriplace organisations can recognise you.
You can add:
- Your company details
- Your unique Identifiers
- Your contact details
- Your public documents (here you can learn more about Public documents)
Manage users
It is possible to invite other users/your colleagues to use your account. Therefore, you need to click “+ADD” on the right corner and enter your colleague´s email adress. You also have to choose a role for that new user. There are 4 different roles:
- Owner: has full access to the platform, can manage the account, add new and remove users
- Quality assurance & review analysis: has full access to the platform, but cannot add or remove users
- Quality assurance: has limited access to the platform; cannot review analysis results
- Sales & procurement: has limited access, can share documents, but cannot change settings and only sees valid documents

Tags catalogue
Here you have a list of all tags you used on your suppliers and can manage them. You can unify duplicate tags, remove tags or change them in bulk without needing to click on every organisation one by one.
