Supply Chain Approval (SCA)
Supply Chain Approval is the standard module Agriplace provides. We offer Lab Analysis and Sustainability Risk Assessment (SRA) as well which can be added on for additional cost.
In the top bar of SCA you can see 6 pillars.
If you purchased the additional modules, you will see these two in the top bar as well.
Your main task in SCA is to overview that requests are sent out to the correct organisations based on requirements you have made and review your incoming documents and compliance of your supply chains.
To simplify data, SCA contains many tables to structure information. It is good to know that on every page that contains a table the columns can be hidden or added as well as filtered by any variable of the table.
If you are unsure about taking actions in SCA, you can turn off your automatic document request in your settings. This toggle is a very important feature of SCA because it is in charge of automatically sending out emails to your suppliers to request a new document when the old one is about to expire. Therefore, it is important for you to make sure, you turn it back on as soon as you can to stay compliant.
Go to “Company Settings” in your account and then to “Request settings”. Switch off the automatic document requests button. Make sure to switch it back on to keep your compliance up to date after ensuring everything in your account is set up correctly. There you can also set up after how many days you want to send out a reminder email about the request to your supplier. Additionally, you can see the request timeline below to have an overview over your request and when emails are send out.
