8. Settings

Settings are divided into 'Account settings' where changes are only made for your user account and 'Company Settings' where changes are made to your organisation including all users. Make sure to click through your settings to discover options about your account.

Here are some important settings in your Company account:

Email reminders

You can set up email reminders that are sent to you when a requirement is about to expire, outgoing requests do not progress or outgoing requests need to be reviewed. Additionally, you can receive emails when Global GAP statuses change. This can be set up individually for each user.

Request settings

Here you can chose when requests and reminders should be sent before a document expires.

Connections

SCA can automatically retrieve public data from GLOBALG.A.P. when a GGN is provided. Setting up a private bookmarking account is beneficial as we can also fetch documents such as GRASP, Tesco nurture, AH Add-on, SIZA Add-ons, GG add-ons, and more.

If you use lab analysis, connections to Groen Agro Control and Eurofins are beneficial to automatically retrieve data as well.

Products portfolio

In your products portfolio you can set up what products you are supplied with and where they come from. You can add a season and country to each product to only request product specific documents when the product is in season. This prevents your suppliers from being spammed out of season.
