Q: Why is my request suspended until one week after the expiry date?

The expired document has been retrieved through the database. We expect the necessary documents to be retrieved again through the database and therefore suspend the request for one week, so that no request is sent out which has already been fulfilled by the database after a few days. Of course, if nothing has been extracted from the database after one week, the request will be automatically sent out.
