FREE accounts: Single Organisation import

When adding organisations, the single upload seems the simplest way to do so, however, it can be the most time-consuming. We recommend using the single upload if you do not have to add many suppliers (+- 20-30), or if you have a few new suppliers that you wish to add after you have set up and are actively using your account.

Go to “Organisations” -> “All organisations” -> “Add Organisation(s) -> “Add one”

Step 2: Fill out the form and click "CREATE"

Important to know:

• If you have the Global G.A.P number of that supplier, enter it in the marked field at the top in order to fetch the organisation details and documents from the database
• Fill in the correct contact details of your direct suppliers, otherwise other Agriplace users will also have the incorrect contact information
• To add sub-suppliers click on the created main-supplier -> "Supply Chain" -> "add sub-suppliers" -> choose the organisation that is the sub-supplier
