Q: How do i connect my Agriplace account to the Traces database?

Traces represent a centralised database containing all organic operator certificates for respective countries. For Example: SKAL (NL), BIO (DE)

To connect your Agriplace account to the Traces database, go to the organisation's page -> under 'unique identifier' insert the Traces reference number like in the picture below.

You can find the number either on the EU organic certificates or in the Traces database itself. To access the Traces database, you have to sign up/register. Here is the link to the database: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/tracesnt/login

Once you logged in you can search for the organisation and it will show all the information as pictures below.

In your Agriplace account you can either insert the whole Number or the middle part of it (marked in pink). Press 'SAVE' and the EU organic database extract, if available, should be retrieved from the database.

The Traces database extract includes:

• Name of operator
• Valid from date
• Valid to date
• Document number
