Your client is requesting certain information about your suppliers. When opening the request you have received, you should see this table:
Here you can either manually fill in all the information into the columns, download our template to fill everything in using an Excel sheet (click "EXCEL TEMPLATE" -> "DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE") or add suppliers directly from your account.
In this example our client asks us to provide them with information about all our apple suppliers and our complete supply chain is already in the account. To do that, click the "ADD FROM YOUR ACCOUNT"-button -> set filter to "Product contains apples"
Once the filter is set, mark all organisations and click "ADD ... Suppliers".
In the "Comments to requester" you can add notes to the certain organisation if necessary.
Once every information is filled in correctly, submit the request, so that the requester can review it.
Note: Make sure to provide correct and complete information of your suppliers as your requester will adopt them into their account.
