The FSSC database is a centralised database that provides internationally recognised certification of food safety within a supply chain.
To connect an organisation to the FSSC database and automatically retrieve documents, go to the page of the organisation you want to connect. Scroll down to 'unique identifiers ' and click on '+ add another'. In this list, check the box in front of the FSSC 22000.
In this field, insert the FSSC COID.
You can find the unique identifier on an FSSC document or in the FSSC 22000 database. Here is the link to the public database: https://www.fssc.com/public-register/
On this page, you can search the organisation's name and copy the COID [XXX-0-0000-000000] to the unique identifier field in Agriplace.
The FSSC database extract includes:
- Name of operator
- Valid from date
- Valid to date
- Document number
