AI-Powered Metadata Extraction (Free for a limited time)
- When reviewing a document or uploading in bulk, the system now fills in missing required fields using AI. This applies to fields like expiry date, document type, and others.
- If a document is already complete, the system will not make any changes—your input is always trusted.
Clear Visual Indicators
- While the system is extracting data, a spinner or loading icon appears on those fields so you know what’s happening.
- After a field is filled by AI, an AI icon is shown to help you recognise what was suggested.
Once you approve or change the suggestion, the icon disappears, keeping the screen clean and focused.
Product & Valid From Suggestions
- When AI suggests product matches or valid from dates, these are now marked with icons both in the bulk upload table and document preview.
- After you accept or manually adjust the suggestion, the icon is hidden to avoid confusion.

- Send request date column: Displays when a request will be sent for a requirement.
- Hover feature: For expiring soon system-generated documents, users can see why the request is scheduled for a later date.
- Suspensions filter update:
- Removed the System document expiring soon operator.
- Requirements with an expiring soon system-generated document are no longer suspended by default. Instead, the Send request date column now shows the request date based on user settings.
