AI Document Scanner

We are excited to have released our AI Document Scanner. Now, when you upload documents the AI extracts the mandatory data from the document automatically, saving you time and making the document upload more efficient. So far we have over 60 document types that can be automatically extracted.

If you now upload documents you can just drop them in the bulk upload of the documents page and the AI automatically gives you the relevant data. As of now, the extracted data includes the ‘About’, 'Document type' and ‘expiry date’ to pre-fill the mandatory fields. After the extraction, you just need to double-check the information and submit the documents. 

Once the AI has extracted the data it should look like this:

After you have reviewed the document and if you clicked on 'Save' after you have changed something, the purple AI Icon will disappear. It is not mandatory to change anything if you are happy with the extraction and you can submit the documents even if the purple AI icon is present.
